You determine your intention for each the session while I hold you in a safe & quiet container, facilitating the organic process of your becoming free of what holds you back in the comfort of your home (zoom). The Simmer package is 4-6 months, offering those ready to dive in deeper and resolve long-held emotions and beliefs within themselves in service of their freedom, dreams, dreams, better relationship with Self.

As a child, I held what seemed two opposing dreams - to be a musician and to be a healer. Now having gone through this journey of exploring life, healing myself, studying human design, and training in trauma-informed SOMATIC Coaching (ICM’s Alyssa Nobriga) for the past 2 years, and now enrolled in BREATHWORK (PAUSE’s Samantha Skelly) , I continue to deepen my truth and live an awesome life!

I cannot wait to help you live the life you wish to have. We didn’t come here to stay struck in old patterns, but to overcome them, to gain emotional wisdom, and ALSO to have fun + fulfill our dreams!
